Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow up to 5 business days to process your order before being picked up by a carrier. You can expect an email letting you know your order is on the way when it is scanned by the carrier as 'in transit'.

GLOBAL SHIPPING

We now ship globally.  Shipping costs are based on location and package weight / dimensions and costs are shown at checkout based on your basket.  We do our best to offer domestic shipping rates to customers when available logistically.

Please note that transit times are provided to us by the couriers and are provided as a general guide to transit times to these locations near a major city/hub. Rural locations outside cities may have longer delivery times.

Delivery times may differ during public holidays.

IMPORT DUTIES/TAXES

No additional import duties or taxes will be due for Canadian, Australian, United Kingdom or customers within the European Union or part of EFTA, as products are produced domestically.  All other international orders are sent on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis meaning customers are responsible for any import clearance duties or taxes.
