Refund policy
RETURNS
We hope that you love your purchase from Lotus Moon. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

We do not currently offer free return shipping. Customers returning an item must use their own shipping service.
REFUNDS
We try to process all returns within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Once processed, a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment and should be in your account within 10 working days depending on your bank or card issuer. If you opted for store credit then we will issue you with a gift card for the refund value immediately.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first double check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@lotus-moon.co
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any part of it is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s) so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In these circumstances we require an photo of the product fully visible within one image frame in order to 'approve an exchange' and send a replacement. Your exchange request in the exchange portal will reflect this requirement.
EXCHANGES
As every product from Lotus Moon is made to order (printed on-demand), we do not currently offer traditional exchanges for size, color, or design. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
- Original shipping costs (where applicable) are also non-refundable.
RETURN SHIPPING
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs to return your item/s. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend all customers use a tracked return service and obtain proof of postage.
